Tethering Young Women to Truth in Germany

My name is “Ella,” and I am twenty-one. I have recently started my dream job as a professional ballet dancer in Munich, Germany. Revive Our Hearts has been a lifeline, tethering me to truth and perspective since I moved alone from South Africa to Berlin three years ago. It is incredible to see the unmistakable hand of God opening doors, and as my mom says, “Parting Red Seas.” Since Revive Our Hearts has played such a significant role in my life, I am excited and honored to be able to donate to it from my very first paycheck.

Reaching Families in Closed Countries

Through the gracious support of a Revive Our Hearts ministry partner, our 2024 project to produce audio content for women in Vietnam has been fully-funded, allowing us to reach women like “Minh” in Asia. After Minh completed a Revive Our Hearts study on biblical womanhood, her husband shared this testimony:

My wife lives what the Bible has taught her. The sacrifices are difficult. We are the only Christians in all of the generations of our families. They say we embrace a foreign God and that we forsook our ancestors. The ridicule from relatives has been hard for my wife, but she has never compromised her faith or her calling.

Transforming Lives in Brazil

Thanks to funding provided through your generous donations on #GivingTuesday, Aviva Nossos Corações (ROH in Portuguese) began producing daily, Word-saturated podcasts in January. These new resources are impacting women like “Gabriela” in Brazil:

[Through I resources in Portuguese] I learned so many things about womanhood. I am no longer afraid of getting married. I am no longer afraid of having a family. I am no longer afraid of being a woman. I’m so happy when I am invited to give my testimony, because there is nothing truer than the transformation that this has brought about. The Word of God not only changed my mind, but changed my life!
