Executive Office Personal/Administrative Assistant
This individual will provide assistance to the ROH Executive Office. The best-qualified person for this position will be expected to run various errands; assist with processing incoming mail and deliveries, hospitality, stocking supplies; and assist with various other administrative tasks as assigned.
Additional skills include: anticipating the needs of a leader and takes initiative to meet them, being servant-hearted, professional, quick learner, good organizational abilities, flexible and adaptable, and not easily stressed by changes in plans. This person should have strong verbal and written communication skills, be trustworthy, discrete, and able to keep confidences. Should also be technically adept, able to use technology to communicate, plan, and track details.
Note: This is a full-time position, located in our office in Niles, Michigan. This position requires daily office hours (Monday - Friday). Will need a reliable vehicle for errands as needed.
Revive Our Hearts Ambassadors
ROH Ambassadors aim to build and grow a network of women’s ministry leaders and other influencers (in a geographic area) with the message of revival and biblical womanhood, in accordance and agreement with the Revive Our Hearts’ philosophy and mission. These positions are responsible for connecting, encouraging, and equipping women’s ministry leaders at area churches and ministries, and they also connect leaders with other leaders.
Ambassadors have a passion to come alongside other women’s ministry leaders and encourage them in their calling to serve other women well, to lift up their arms, and help them press on in the daily duties of women’s ministry. Ambassadors are cheerleaders who enjoy helping others thrive in Christ.
Here is a list for some of the skills, gifts, and responsibilities of an Ambassador:
- Personal commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
- Strives daily to live a God-centered, God-honoring, Word-based life to reflect the beauty of the Gospel to those with whom you have contact
- Possesses a mature faith and love relationship with the Lord
- Carries a burden and passion for prayer, revival, and biblical womanhood
- Possesses a longevity of connectedness (around three to five years) to Revive Our Hearts, with a deep understanding of the ROH mission and message
- Ability to integrate biblical truth and principles with ministry goals and objectives
- Willing and available to give a minimum of ten hours per month
- Computer skills are necessary (ability to learn Google, Zoom, use of database, etc.)
- Maintain strong ongoing communication with leaders in the geographic area
