Meredith Terpeluk Schoeller is host of the podcast, "Guiding God's Daughters: Get Real and Go Deep." She is passionate about meeting women in their toughest seasons of life and bringing them to a deeper relationship with Jesus. She's also written two books including her recently released, How to Let Go of Your Food and Weight Obsession: A Guide for the Woman Who Wants More for Her Life. She lives in Niles, Michigan with her husband and three-year-old daughter. She also is a stepmom to three twenty-somethings whom she loves dearly.
