With two nationally syndicated radio programs, a major conference ministry, many books and other printed resources, and multiple websites . . . well, our ministry hasn’t stopped growing yet!

Revive Our Hearts is an outreach of Life Action Ministries, and our office is located in Niles, Michigan. We desire to build a team that has oneness of heart, mind, and mission . . . with a passion to change the world one heart at a time. Some of the key aspects we're looking for in potential staff are:

Current openings:

  1. Administrative Assistants: Provide strong administrative and clerical support to one or more ministry directors or managers. Assist with department and project communication, as well as provide efficient handling of ministry information. These positions require strong computer skills, as well as excellent communication and time management skills. (Full-time position in our Niles, MI headquarters)
  2. Event Coordinator: This person will serve as a key connector and coordinator on all aspects of planning and preparation for a variety of Revive Our Hearts ministry events (smaller events onsite, as well as larger offsite yearly events). Need strong administrative and computer skills (Google Suite, Excel, etc.). Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and problem solve. Will work closely with all levels of Revive Our Hearts management and staff. Must enjoy working as part of team, coordinating and handling myriads of details. (Experience in events coordination would be beneficial.) (Full-time position in our Niles, Michigan headquarters.)
  3. Marketing Project Coordinator: The person in this position will serve the team by providing project management for marketing and donor communications and engagement. Ability to manage multiple projects from conception to completion and requires attention to detail and follow through. Experience in many forms of communications, marketing, donor development, media production, copy writing, and printing will give this person a head start in this new position. Looking for someone who enjoys multi-tasking, problem solving, and appreciates the creative process. Will work closely will all levels of management and handle a variety of administrative tasks. Flexibility and abililty to work independently is a must. (Full-time position in our Niles, Michigan headquarters)
  4. Website Administrator: This position is someone who will coordinate and administer daily content on our ministry websites. They serve as a point of contact and link between staff for matters around our websites. This person will assist in managing content, maintaining web design and answering questions. They handle clerical and administrative duties, analyze and improve processes, and ensure the website runs and functions smoothly. Must be detailed oriented. Ability to work under direction from others. Able to react quickly and solve problems, as well as establish daily priorities. Experience in web site maintenance and administration is beneficial, but not necessary. (Ideally this position would be located in our Niles, Michigan office.)
