Take My Life

Nancy DeMoss Wolgemuth: More than a century ago Frances Ridley Havergal wrote a hymn that helps us understand what it means to be surrendered to Christ.

Woman: Take my life and let it be; consecrated, Lord, to Thee.

Nancy: Have you made an unconditional, lifetime surrender of your life to Christ?

Woman: Take my moments and my days . . .

Nancy: Are you living each day in the light of eternity?

Woman: Take my will and make it Thine . . .

Nancy: Are you stubborn? Demanding?

Woman: Take myself and I will be; ever, only all for Thee.

Nancy: Have you surrendered all that you are and all that you have to God?
