Questions Answered in This Episode

Why did Jesus have to suffer and die on the cross?
We have all gone astray, and the Lord laid on Jesus the sin of us all; He was wounded for our rebellion so that by His wounds we could be healed. Though He knew no sin, He became sin for us, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God.
What does it mean that all things hold together in Christ?
Jesus is not only our Savior but the Creator of all things, visible and invisible, and He upholds the universe by the word of His power. Every breath we take and every detail of our lives is held together by Him, so we can rest secure in His sovereign care.
How should we live as we wait for Jesus to return?
