As parents, we should impart life into our children by giving them the Truth of God’s Word. Yet at the same time, we want our kids to understand the Truth so they can impart it to others.
You can have your rings appraised, you can find the Kelley Blue Book Value of your car, but you’ll never know how your children have touched others to impart life in them. And that’s so important.
First John 5:12 says, “Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.” We are here to impart life to our children by giving them the Truth of who Christ is. Because one day we will die, and who will be left to give life to a dying world? I pray it’s your children and mine, that their lights will shine before others, so that others may see their good works and give glory to our Father who is in heaven (Matt. 5:16).
