Our Current Needs Include:

Audio Producer(s)

The Revive Our Hearts Audio Producer is responsible for coordinating audio-related tasks, capturing audio, mixing and sound design on a variety of projects under ROH. In addition to ensuring that the highest quality audio is captured and delivered, the Audio Producer will collaborate with leadership, creatives, producers, and a variety of other teams at ROH. (Requires experience with Pro Tools editing software and audio engineering.)

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing audio production steps for ROH, keeping them on process
  • Editing various ROH programs or overseeing editors to complete the editing
  • Overseeing data management and handoffs between pre- and post-production
  • Creating and distributing different versions of the program
  • Archiving finished programs
  • Keeping production steps on process
  • Assisting with pre- or post-production and editing other projects as needed

Note: This is a full-time position, located in our office in Niles, Michigan. This position has some flexibility, but also requires office hours (8:30 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday–Friday).

 

Audio Engineer

The Revive Our Hearts Audio Engineer has a heart for ministry, an aptitude for infrastructure/connectivity of audio gear, as well as a desire to grow in that knowledge.

Responsibilities for this position would include a knowledge base and experience in:

  • Live mixing consoles
  • DAWs
  • Danté and other AoIP networking
  • Microphone types/uses
  • Room acoustics
  • Media Asset Management
  • Connectivity of large scale audio/video installations
  • Remote connectivity via Zoom, Opal, Telos/Comrex

Note: This is a full-time position, located in our office in Niles, Michigan. This position has some flexibility, but also requires office hours (8:30 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday–Friday).

 

Events & Hospitality Manager

The Events and Hospitality Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing various events and meetings hosted by our ministry. The role involves coordinating with leaders to understand event requirements, budget, and preferences, and then conceptualizing and executing events that meet or exceed expectations. This includes managing logistical details such as venue selection, catering, decor, audiovisual equipment, and staffing. It must also ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Throughout the planning process, the Events and Hospitality Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal staff, providing exceptional customer service and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. The goal is to create memorable and successful events that leave a lasting impression on attendees and contribute to the overall outcome of the event.

Note: This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time. This position will be located at the Revive Our Hearts office in Niles, Michigan. This is not a remote position; it does require travel, both domestic and international.

 

Executive Office Personal/Administrative Assistant

This individual will provide assistance to the Revive Our Hearts Executive Office. The best-qualified person for this position will be expected to run various errands; assist with processing incoming mail and deliveries, hospitality, stocking supplies; and assist with various other administrative tasks as assigned.

Additional skills include: anticipating the needs of a leader and takes initiative to meet them, being servant-hearted, professional, quick learner, good organizational abilities, flexible and adaptable, and not easily stressed by changes in plans. This person should have strong verbal and written communication skills, be trustworthy, discreet, and able to keep confidences. Should also be technically adept, able to use technology to communicate, plan, and track details.

Note: This is a full-time position, located in our office in Niles, Michigan. This position requires daily office hours (Monday – Friday). Will need a reliable vehicle for errands as needed.

 

Revive Our Hearts Ambassadors

ROH Ambassadors aim to build and grow a network of women’s ministry leaders and other influencers (in a geographic area) with the message of revival and biblical womanhood, in accordance and agreement with the Revive Our Hearts’ philosophy and mission. These positions are responsible for connecting, encouraging, and equipping women’s ministry leaders at area churches and ministries, and they also connect leaders with other leaders.

Note: Ambassadors are “volunteer” positions serving with Revive Our Hearts.
