Good morning. Today, Jesus calls Lazarus from the tomb, strengthening the faith of Mary and Martha and causing multitudes to marvel. But will those plotting His demise be swayed?
Before you begin
Ask the Lord to give you a fresh sense of wonder as you read His Word. Pray for understanding and for an open, humble, obedient heart to receive what He wants to say to you.

Review
Write a sentence or two about what you've just read. This could be a summary of the passage or an observation or highlight that stood out to you.
Reflect
Like Martha, can you say “Yes, Lord, I believe,” even before you see the outcome of your faith?
It’s not hard to thank God after He answers our prayers and we’ve seen the desired outcome. The test of faith and surrender to the will of God is the ability to express thanks before we know how He will respond.
Respond
Write a short prayer, based on today’s reading. This could include praise, gratitude, personal confession, agreement with the truth, or a request for yourself or someone else.
