Good morning. After hearing of John the Baptist’s execution, Jesus demonstrates His compassion and divine power by feeding the multitudes and walking on water. In Matthew 16, Peter boldly confesses that Jesus is the Messiah, and Jesus calls all His disciples to take up their cross and follow Him.
