Woman: Use every day for younger, healthier skin.
Nancy DeMoss Wolgemuth: It seems like, the older I get, the more pop-ups appear on my screen about products promising better skin, more stamina, improved eyesight, and on and on. According to those catalogs, there’s nothing more important than looking and feeling younger.
Man: You’ll have more energy to keep the pace you’re used to.
Nancy: The truth is, I am getting older and can’t fight off all the effects of aging. But by God’s grace, I can develop inner beauty. I can let God develop in me a gracious, wise, kind, and loving heart.
As it says in Proverbs 4:18, “The path of the righteous is like the first gleam of dawn, shining ever brighter till the full light of day.” Even as our outer bodies are changing, our inner life can be growing richer and fuller. So today, are you focused more on outer beauty or inner beauty?
