Praise Song

Man: And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying, “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace among those with whom he is pleased.”

Nancy DeMoss Wolgemuth: Angels do a lot of things, but, wow, do they know how to praise!

Why would they be so motivated to praise? They have no need of redemption, as we do. But they’d been waiting for eons to see God reveal His plan to redeem sinners. Their joy knew no bounds as they witnessed that moment when the Savior of the world was sent to this earth, bringing peace to those who would place their faith in Him.

So today, tonight, as we celebrate Christmas Eve, what if we try to outdo the angels in expressing our praise, rejoicing at what Jesus came to this earth to accomplish.
