Nancy DeMoss Wolgemuth: I wonder if most women realize the influence that our clothing choices have on men.
“At this concert there were several girls who were wearing real tight T-shirts or something like that. I don’t care if it says Jesus across the front of it—the guy is looking right through those words. That really isn’t the image that a woman wants to portray to get the relationship she really wants.”
Nancy: I hope you’ll remember those words. Ask yourself some practical questions when you choose what to wear. Questions like:

Is there writing or pictures on my clothing that emphasizes private parts?

If someone were to look at me, where would his eyes naturally go?

Where do I want men looking when I come into view?
Ultimately, we choose to dress for God’s glory. And that may involve limiting our liberty so we can help the men around us.
