Nancy DeMoss Wolgemuth: We all have a choice to make today: We can take responsibility for our actions, or we can make excuses.
“I really yelled at my kids, but it’s because our house is so tiny!”
Nancy: God doesn’t call us to make excuses. Here’s what He does call us to, according to Romans 12: “Be devoted to one another in brotherly love.”
“Well, it’s just that time of the month."
Nancy: “Honor one another above yourselves.”
“My job is so stressful!”
Nancy: “Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord.”
“I’m so exhausted. I can’t even function.”
Nancy: "Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.”
“It just runs in the family.”
Nancy: "Do not repay evil for evil.”
“My ex constantly puts me down!”
Nancy: “Be careful to do what is right.”
0“My parents never encouraged me.”
Nancy: You can make excuses for your actions, or you can rely on God’s power and obey Him. Which one will you choose today?
