Do You Own Technology or Does It Own You?

It’s a great question, don’t you think? Have you ever given it any thought? This man apparently has, though I'm not quite sure I agree with his conclusion . . .

Tim Challies understands. His brand new book, The Next Story: Life and Faith After the Digital Explosion, just released this Tuesday. This week I spent about ten minutes talking with Tim about:

• Why technology is a good, necessary, God-given gift
• How and where we can go wrong with technology
• The conclusion he personally reached in answer to his question, “Am I becoming a tool of the very tools that are meant to serve me?” 
• How we as women can be discerning and wise with our use of technology
