Genesis 1–2

We use various phrases to describe words we think are powerful. We might say someone “cursed me out.” Or we might say, “they put a spell on me” or “put a hex on me.” Do you know that if you are a child of God, you don’t have to fear any of these words?

Do you ever feel like you’re faithfully following God’s calling, but you just don’t see results? We’ll hear about a mom who raised three leaders in Israel. One of those children wrote 20 percent of the Bible.
Numbers 31–36
The characters in a good story don’t know what plot twists are ahead. But each episode adds up to something meaningful. You’ll be encouraged to look back on the story of your life and see how God has been with you through every twist and turn.
Deuteronomy 1–3
Jesus spent 40 days in the wilderness being tempted by the Devil. He quoted from one Old Testament book to help him refuse temptation. Do you know what book He quoted?
Deuteronomy 4–7
If you had to pick one verse as the most important in the Old Testament, what would you choose? Nancy will unpack what many have considered the one verse that sums up the Old Testament. Find out what it is.
Deuteronomy 8
