Read through the Bible, Day 49

God had Moses record every stop Israel made during their forty-year wilderness journey—a detailed reminder of His faithful presence, provision, and discipline along the way that helped a new generation trust Him for the future.

Before you begin

Ask the Lord to give you a fresh sense of wonder as you read His Word. Pray for understanding and for an open, humble, obedient heart to receive what He wants to say to you.

Read

Numbers 33–36

Review

Write a sentence or two about what you've just read. This could be a summary of the passage or an observation or highlight that stood out to you.

Reflect

Take time to record the places where God has led you in the past—key events, times of joy or despair—and let that list and all that it represents lead you to fresh worship, deeper trust, and renewed obedience.

"Keep serving, be faithful, and endure all the way “to the end,” holding fast to the assurance that Heaven rules. And this is His promise: “You will rest, and then you will rise to receive your allotted inheritance.” Our reward is then, not now." —Nancy DeMoss Wolgemuth1

Respond

Write a short prayer, based on today’s reading. This could include praise, gratitude, personal confession, agreement with the truth, or a request for yourself or someone else.
