Review
Write a sentence or two about what you've just read. This could be a summary of the passage or an observation or highlight that stood out to you.
Reflect
Are you living as if the words or actions of others have more power than God’s promises? How can you choose to live in the truth that His blessing over you cannot be reversed?
"Brokenness is the shattering of my self-will—the absolute surrender of my will to the will of God. It is saying “Yes, Lord!”—no resistance, no chafing, no stubbornness—simply submitting myself to His direction and will in my life." —Nancy DeMoss Wolgemuth1
Respond
Write a short prayer, based on today’s reading. This could include praise, gratitude, personal confession, agreement with the truth, or a request for yourself or someone else.
