Today’s readings remind us that God is holy—set apart, sinless, and like no other. Yet the One who never sinned is the only One who can take our sin and cast it “as far as the east is from the west” (Psalm 103:12). What wondrous love!
Before you begin
Ask the Lord to give you a fresh sense of wonder as you read His Word. Pray for understanding and for an open, humble, obedient heart to receive what He wants to say to you.

Review
Write a sentence or two about what you've just read. This could be a summary of the passage or an observation or highlight that stood out to you.
Reflect
As part of God’s creation, we are included in the words of Psalm 104:28: “When you open your hand, [your creatures] are satisfied with good things.” What has the Lord placed in your hand today? When you are tempted to grumble, take a moment to pray—or write a prayer—thanking Him for His provision instead.
O Lord, may I be quick to obey Your voice, content wherever You place me, and submissive to whatever boundaries You establish for me. Teach me the joy of being satisfied with what You give. Amen. —Nancy DeMoss Wolgemuth1
