Photographer & International Graphic Designer

Niles, Michigan | Full-time

The Revive Our Hearts Photographer and International Designer will be part of the communications and design team, working closely with global teams. Duties will be split between on-site photography and graphic design.

The Photographer/Graphic Designer is responsible for taking photos of resources, events, recording sessions, speakers, and visitors to the ministry center. In addition, this person will create visually compelling, brand-aligned graphics for a variety of print and digital projects that serve global teams across multiple languages and cultures.

The ideal candidate will have two-five years of experience in design and photography, as well as a heart to see the message of Revive Our Hearts translated into other languages. The candidate will advocate for International Teams and stay one step ahead of what’s needed, ensuring all international projects follow established brand guidelines. 

Note: This is a full-time position (Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.), based in Niles, Michigan at the ROH home office. 

Responsibilities

• Organize and conduct photo shoots for new resources, including flatlays and lifestyle photos; recruit models for product photo shoots, organize and direct photo shoots adhering to ROH standards.

• Coordinate photography for large events, including True Woman, Vision Gathering, and other conferences. Photograph events happening in and around the office, including Ambassador Summit, staff gatherings, chapel speakers, and Nancy’s recording sessions. 

• Collaborate with international teams to design and produce digital and print materials in multiple languages, including logos, print and digital materials, website assets, booklets, event signage, and promotional materials.

• Assist with developing and design of high-quality graphics for international social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp, as needed.

• Adhere to Revive Our Hearts brand standards across all international projects. 

• Assist Communications Team in creating print and digital assets in English as needed. Serve as a back-up in all areas of design, including email, social media, digital, and print design. 

• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and ensure accuracy.
