Session 1: A Woman God Can Use

What kind of heart does God want to use? What are the habits and traits of a humble leader? What challenges will I face?

Session 2: Why Women’s Ministry?

Why does a church need a women’s ministry? What is a complementarian approach to women’s ministry? How do men and women partner to serve the local church?

Session 3: Word-Centered Women’s Ministry

What is the basis for a biblical, Word-based ministry to women? How is a robust Word-based ministry different? How do the Scriptures minister to a woman’s needs?

Session 4: True Womanhood: God’s Divine Design

What does God say about womanhood? What does the world falsely teach about womanhood? How should women be equipped to live fruitful lives that glorify God?

Session 5: Woman to Woman Discipleship

What is the biblical basis for gender specific discipleship? How do life-on-life relationships display the beauty of the gospel? What is the fruit of older women teaching younger women?

Session 6: Prayer-Saturated Ministry

What is the role of prayer in ministry? How does prayer ignite the Spirit and produce fruit? What does a praying leader look like?

Session 7: Graduation and Commissioning
