“Come to me, all of you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” —Matthew 11:28
When your soul is shaky, God promises you rest. There’s a place to go to when there are no answers, a Person to turn to when your load is too heavy to bear. Looking to Jesus, you can find peace even in impossible situations. He beckons everyone—at any time, from any place—to come.
The Savior invites you to lay all your worries at His feet. His rest isn’t a power nap or a short- term solution—it’s infusion therapy for the soul. Jesus’ rest teaches, refreshes, and lightens the heaviest burdens.
You can’t will yourself forward or pull up your bootstraps when you’re depleted. Don’t give in to the enemy’s lies. There is a way to move forward—simply ask, “Carry me!”
The One who created and knows your frame holds you up when life feels like running in lead-lined boots. Young or old, you can count on Him to carry you as long as you need. God promises, “I will!” Throughout our lives, from beginning to end, God never changes.
