He Sees You

June 24, 2026 Leslie Bennett

The eyes of the LORD are on the righteous, and his ears are open to their cry for help. —Psalm 34:15

Have you ever felt invisible—overlooked, ignored, left out? Even when no one else notices, God sees you. His promises assure us that we are never unseen, never unheard.

Hagar likely felt unseen after Abraham sent her and Ishmael away (Gen. 21). But God’s eye was on her. When their waterskin was empty, He not only saw—He provided a well to sustain them.

Even when no one else is watching, God has His eye on you too. He’s fighting for you in a million ways. Neither are your sin and failures hidden from His sight—yet He isn’t repelled by them. He sees Christ’s perfect righteousness and draws near to forgive and restore the humble, repentant heart.

Whether your cries are silent or shouted, God knows and cares about every detail of your life. He alone understands your unique circumstances and pain. No heartache is beyond His comprehension, for He gave His only beloved Son to die for sin-wrecked rebels. Take comfort: your God is near.
