Will you not revive us again so that your people may rejoice in you? —Psalm 85:6
Maybe you feel like you have everything together and don’t need revival. That’s what Naaman, the commander-in-chief of the Syrian army, thought. We read in 2 Kings 5 that he was a wealthy leader who had everything— except he suffered from leprosy.
Naaman wanted to be healed, but he didn’t want to do it God’s way. So, he loaded up six hundred shekels of gold and ten talents of silver to try to buy his way out of his problem.
Many of us are just like Naaman. We have spiritual leprosy, and we need to be healed. God promises that we can be restored, but we have to do it His way. He wants our complete submission and obedience to Him.
God wants to reveal Himself to you. He wants to fill your heart with Himself and set you free from every unholy passion. He wants you to drink deeply of the joys found in His presence and be a reflector of His glory in our dark world. He wants you to be revived!

Make it Personal
Ask God to help you let go of doing things your way and embrace His way instead. Pray that He would bring revival to your life.
