What might it look like to see a genuine, God-ignited revival, spreading through the linked arms and hearts of women (and men) passionate about adorning the gospel of Christ? This is the vision Paul had for believers in his day. And this is the vision the Lord has put in my heart.
Our goal is as grand as the glory and majesty of God. But the method He’s prescribed is as simple as sitting down together, opening up our lives and the Word, receiving and passing on to others the baton of faith and Christlike character.
The women around you, overwhelmed by the undertow of life but longing to be beautiful, need more than a book to read or a class to attend or more worship music to play. They need you— your presence, your concern, your prayers.
As we live out the beauty of the gospel, we will be beautified and blessed and, yes, overjoyed. That beauty will spill over into our homes, our churches, our workplaces and communities, and ultimately into our world.
