Kim Miller

As the oldest daughter of Sight & Sound’s founders, Glenn and Shirley Eshelman, Kim has had a front row seat to the ministry’s nearly 50 year journey. In 2006, ownership officially shifted to the second generation of the Eshelman family, placing ownership in the hands of Kim and her three sisters.

Passionate about carrying on the family legacy, Kim currently serves as the Ministry Coordinator and a member of the Sight & Sound board. In these roles, she provides oversight to the company’s ongoing ministry opportunities, while helping to steward Sight & Sound’s path towards the future.

Kim and her husband have always called Lancaster, PA home. It brings them great joy to watch many of their children and grandchildren join the family’s ministry.
