Lara is married to Rusty, a science teacher, and is beginning the empty nest season after raising four children. She enjoys Zumba, working part-time for her local library, and searching for old buttons to make into jewelry. Lara has been in women’s ministry for over twenty-five years and she has a passion to reveal God’s grace and mercy with the reassurance that when God calls, He equips!

Njiba Tirado
Newport News, Virginia
Njiba Tirado was born in Ivory Coast and is originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo. She is a graduate of Regent University with a degree in Educational Leadership and a Master’s in Teaching from Christopher Newport University. Njiba is an educator at heart and enjoys seeing people's lives change as they grow in knowledge and godly wisdom. In her spare time, she enjoys writing, exercising, reading, dancing, eating and traveling. But most of all she loves creating lifelong memories with her husband, children, and friends.
