  • As Christians , we are commanded in the holy scripture to rejoice with those who rejoice and mourn with those who mourn . Being a long time follower of Nancy and her ministry , I remember rejoicing with Nancy and Robert 10 years ago, when the Lord gave them to each other . I remember bawling during their beautiful celebration of love and faithfulness as I watched it on YouTube . God loves those precious servants so much I thought ! What a testimony of His Faithfulness and goodness ! Tears of joy ! Today , I mourn with our beloved sister Nancy. My heart breaks for her . A sad and different day this is . But what a comfort to know that the same God that gave them to each other 10 years ago is the same faithful and good God that will fill Nancy with the sweet and ever present comfort of his Holy Spirit . Robert finished his race, kept his faith and is at home now . All my love, Andrea

  • I’ve been watching your journeys from afar. I’ve read your books. I’ve prayed many prayers for you both. Nancy, you are precious as you continue to live out your faith as a witness. You are a shining light to me as I watch your grace and godliness. I will continue to follow your example as best I can. When I get tired of carrying a heavy load in life, I will remember you, Nancy, and press on as you did. I will strive to be like you magnifying Christ in every situation whether joyful or sorrowful. He must increase. I must decrease. I am overjoyed that Robert got to finally meet Jesus face to face and hear Him say, “Well done, good and faithful servant.” You will see him again and in the meantime, I will pray for God’s supernatural comfort to surround you. “Only one life ‘twill soon be past; only what’s done for Christ will last.” The two of you, Nancy and Robert- towers of strength in the Christian community. I know you will cling to God, Nancy and continue to bless us with your life. Thank you for showing me how to witness, serve, and trust the Savior. May the Lord cover you now and may people surround you with love and comfort and strength and peace.

  • Dear Nancy, I am so sorry for your loss. I have learned so much from you over the last 25 years. I have appreciated your teaching of Biblical truth. It has brought the scriptures to life and on days I was really struggling ,that seemed to be the topic either you or your guest were covering. My precious husband went to heaven 3 years ago, just months short of our 50th wedding anniversary. Most of the time it does seem that long ago and at other times as if it just happened. As I mourned his loss, I realized that he had been God’s best earthly gift to me. I have clung to Jesus and Psalm 23 and He has stood with me. I am confident our Lord will be with you every step of the way. My prayers are with you as you grieve the loss of your loving mate, a truly great man of God.
