  • I'm sending a message from South Africa. I have followed your incredible testimony about your marriage and how much you loved and cared for each other over the years together. Nancy, may the Lord strengthen you and your dear family. You both have been such an inspiration to me.

  • Dear Nancy- Those who know and love you through your writings and conferences feel connected to your grief and great loss. We have shared in your joys and carry your burdens with you through prayer and care in this most difficult parting. You testimony reveals a heart that is completely surrendered to the Lord's calling and purposes for your life. You've taught me to say "yes, Lord" in all things. Thanking God for you and upholding you in prayer.

  • Robert was my cousin and I have fond memories of his family visiting mine when we lived on the farm in Lancaster County, PA. God has blessed Robert with many abilities. His contribution to the Christian literary domain is a blessing. Jay and I pray God’s peace and comfort for Nancy and the extended family. Phyl and Jay Wissler

  • Dear Nancy, I know that God in His providence has given you a time of mourning, and what a beautiful comfort it is to have the God of covenant with us. It encourages me to know that your life continues to be a reflection of Christ's love, and that in the midst of suffering, our hearts can experience such an intimate closeness with God. I pray for you, my beloved sister. May you be blessed with the compassionate gaze of our Lord Jesus Christ. A warm hug to you. Your sister in Christ, Ruth Albirena

  • May the Lord bless every moment of your life. God is sovereign, we don't know His plans, but if we are in Him, we are sure, is the safest place. His presence is everywhere and He is with you all the time, you are not alone. With your testimony, I realize that if I'm not married yet, it's because the Lord is working on me and He is teaching me that He is the only one enough in my life, the Lord showed me my future husband 25 years ago and 22 years ago I interact with him for a moment, but I don't know about him since that moment in 2003, so the waiting had been long, but I'm encouraged by your testimony because I'm identified with you, I'm a so busy person. I know that our spouse is the Lord, like the Nancy Honeytree song says: "He is my husband, I am His bride... I am complete..." He is eternal. This temporary separation is not compared with the eternal glory, but eternal life begins here! 2 Corinthians 4:17-5:8. Blessings and remember, the Lord is enough ;)

  • I've been so encouraged to see your testimony. Thank God for your life and your ministry. We all know that your husband is resting at home. He is already enjoying the presence of God with all the brave ones who decided to follow Christ. Praise the Lord for such truth and hope! Love in Christ!

  • I loved how Robert prayed for Nancy and for those at the radio/podcast recordings I attended. It was a blessing to meet him as I asked him to sign one of his books I bought for my husband, he was very gracious and encouraging. Truly a humble, godly man. I will continue to pray for Nancy, the family, and for all those at ROH. He will be missed.

  • Hello, just wanted to encourage Nancy that we are praying for you during this difficult time. You have been a very important part of my life since I came across your podcast on the radio in Des Moines, Iowa when I was going through a dark time of addiction, and by God's grace I am sober and even this last year my girlfriend and I went through the Seeking God study together and we both love you very much. Thank you so much for your ministry and diligence in serving the Lord. I pray that God will comfort you, help you and heal your heart. The LORD is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Psalm 34:18

  • Wolgemuth family, It was so beautiful to watch from afar how Robert loved Nancy—whom I affectionately call my “internet auntie.” Through his love for her, he showed me, and many younger women like me, what it looks like to love with the love of Christ. His love for Nancy radiated through her, and as a result, we—the partakers and co-servants of Revive Our Hearts—have been tremendously blessed. Thank you for sharing this gem of a man with us. The days ahead will surely bring waves of varied emotions, but oh, how grateful I am that we serve the same God your precious Robert served—the same God whose presence his soul is now joyfully experiencing. The God of Hebrews 13:8, who is the same yesterday, today, and forevermore. Go in love, and may you continue to witness the seeds of Robert’s life producing a rich harvest of those who desire to live as Kingdom citizens.
