Beginning in 2015, crippling anxiety and panic attacks drew Blair Linne into a season of deep discouragement and shame. She knew she ought to cast her burdens upon the Lord. She simply didn’t know how. There were no quick fixes, no tidy theological answers, no spiritual platitudes that could carry her over the valley rather than through it. The only path forward was surrender into the arms of a faithful God. What she has found on the other side is a deeper experience of leaning on the Lord, and a tenderness toward others still in the thick of it.
