Administrative Assistants
Revive Our Hearts is seeking two to three experienced and professional Administrative Assistants to serve under one or more Director(s). These assistants should be:
- Highly organized, professional, and responsible, with keen attention to detail
- Able to relate and communicate with all levels of staff and management (internally and externally) as well as manage confidential information
- Motivated and self-starters
- Able to coordinate and manage multiple projects at the same time
- Proficient in modern office procedures and methods including telephone and computer-based communications, office systems, and record keeping
- Proficient in modern business communication, including style and format of letters, memoranda, minutes, and reports
- Able to establish priorities, work independently and with a team, and proceed with objectives without supervision
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook); proficient on the Internet; and must have a knowledge and understanding of MS Access and/or other database software
We prefer 5 years of administrative assistant experience and familiarity with ministry and/or media arenas. These are full-time, support-based positions located in Niles, Michigan.

Customer Service Representative
The main aim of the ROH Customer Service Representative is to provide the best “above and beyond” service for ROH customers in a caring, pleasant, and friendly manner, keeping the best interest of the customer and the ministry in mind.
Although the work will vary, the CSR will be responsible to:
- Provide help and advice to customers, using various computer systems (databases, website, and/or other documents as necessary)
- Communicate courteously with customers via telephone and/or email
- Learn and maintain ROH’s multiple ministry databases to keep accurate and updated information in relation to customer information and orders
- Answer incoming calls from customers on a daily basis to process orders, answer questions, or provide other ministry information needed
- Investigate and solve customer problems (would include some or all of the following: order status, product shipped, product not received, wrong product received, billing & payment questions, etc.)
- Handle and process all customer service needs in a timely manner
- Process orders for customers by use of computer database
- Issue refunds and credits to customers on return products
- Produce written information/correspondence for customers as needed
Required skills and abilities:
- Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities
- Ability to follow-through
- Detail-oriented
- Good math skills
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook software packages

Data Entry/Mail Processing
Revive Our Hearts is seeking an individual who will be responsible for receiving and handling all incoming mail on a daily basis. He or she will also process all incoming mail orders and requests for ROH materials.
Good typing, spelling, and math skills are required. Database experience is preferred. Applicant should be detail-oriented.

Order Fulfillment Lead
Revive Our Hearts is seeking an individual with experience in order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, as well as inventory management. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual, who would be willing to spend approximately 90% of the time in a warehouse environment.
The Order Fulfillment Lead will be responsible to:
- Process daily sales orders; including printing packing slips, picking and pulling orders, packing orders, shipping to customers, and maintaining all associated paperwork
- Interact daily with shipping providers such as UPS, Federal Express, and the US Postal Service
- Receive inventory from vendors, input into system, and maintain all necessary reports and associated paperwork
- Manage and oversee inventory of all resources and products
- Effectively organize and prioritize a wide range of daily tasks to meet varied deadlines
- Manage and oversee volunteers for peak order processing times
- Answer questions regarding inventory, as well as shipping and handling
Required skills and abilities:
- Willing to work in a warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Database experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software packages
- Ability to work independently
- Must be a self-starter, dependable, and accurate in completing responsibilities
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform repetitive manual tasks such as lifting, bending, pulling, stacking, loading, and standing

Partner Program Assistant
Revive Our Hearts is seeking an individual to assist with all administrative aspects of the monthly partner program. This individual will report directly to the Partner Program Coordinator. This is a donor development position, and plays an important role in the ongoing activities and relationships with key ministry partners, in relation to monthly mailings and special events.
The Partner Program Assistant will be responsible to:
- Maintain individual ministry partner donor files
- Maintain monthly reports and other database reports as needed
- Prepare monthly letters and other correspondence to partners (good proofreading skills)
- Continually update and correct database records
- Coordinate production timeline and mailing schedule for monthly letters
- Answer donor questions (via phone and email) regarding the ministry partner program
- Maintain database information regarding recurring giving by donors
- Assemble donor kits for events and meetings
- Prepare mailings, maintain guest lists, and gather/prepare materials for all donor events, as needed
Required skills and abilities:
- Detail-oriented
- Database experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software packages
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow-through
- Experience in working for a non-profit organization or in a development department would be beneficial, but is not required
