Partner with the Japanese Church to Share God’s Compassion

When Japan suffered an enormous earthquake, killer tsunami, and nuclear emergency, we all wondered what we could do to help.

The international Christian relief organization Samaritan’s Purse responded immediately to meet the needs of thousands of survivors who are living in emergency shelters. Within a week of the earthquake, Samaritan’s Purse chartered a 747 jumbo jet to airlift 90 tons of desperately needed supplies to Japan. Samaritan’s Purse teams on the ground in Japan are working with Japanese churches to hand out blankets, water, hygiene kits, and other assistance—showing the compassion of Jesus Christ to people who are hurting and grieving.
