The Revive Our Hearts Ministry Services Representatives are individuals who provide high-quality customer service to those contacting the ministry (via phone and email) with various needs, feedback, questions and/or concerns. This position requires excellent communication for in-bound and out-bound calls, along with computer and problem solving skills; as well as someone who enjoys interacting with people. 

Responsibilities

• Represent, support and promote the mission of Revive Our Hearts.
• Assist with out-bound call initiatives as requested to support the key strategic initiatives of ROH.
• Provide assistance to constituents contacting the ministry through various channels, which include but are not limited to in-bound phone calls, voicemails, email & online chat.
• Process orders and donations through our current database; help resolve problems and answer questions; and recommend resources or pray for constituents.
• Assist constituents with event registrations.
• Provide written responses to constituents as necessary.
• Take responsibility to follow through with constituents as needed.
• Coordinate with constituents to resolve payment issues on donations and orders.
• Maintain constituent information in ROH database, including updating address, phone number, email address, payment information and notes on the account.
