Mary Kassian: I have so been looking forward to this, girlfriends. Okay. This is like my favorite aged group. You have all the young ones and all the questions and all the honesty and all the yes. So that's great.

So basically you get to ask me anything you want and I will try and answer. We're not going to get to everything, obviously, but we will try and group them into questions. And if you're sitting there and you have a question that just pops up into your head you can put your hand up or wave or take a quick run to the back. Okay, we're going to be pretty casual.
