In the role of CEO of Life Action Collective (LAC), Donny provides the overall executive leadership and management for LAC and its ministry brands, empowering each brand's high-capacity division leaders, running point on the expansion of the organization to accomplish its missional objectives, and representing the collective brands in public arenas. He establishes and encourages both new and existing funding bases for personal ministry and corporate ministry needs, integrates into the culture and community of LAC, and develops relationships with strategic partners.
Donny and Kristi have 4 amazing children. They are absolutely best friends and together create a high-energy, joyful partnership. They love the Lord deeply and genuinely, passionately pursuing intimacy with Him and a knowledge of His heart and truth.
